YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading Pan-India Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations.
  • Partnering with SBUs to collate Manpower plan and budget, ensuring that hirings are basis the approved plan and budget through out the year.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and syncing the needs with availability of talent in the market.
  • Managing the TA process right from sourcing to onboarding within the specified timelines with strict adherence to TA policy and keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding activities and ensuring new employees are settled well.
