Leading Tier One Group in Auto Components Manufacturing
Role-To handle the Learning & development. Also to meet all HR requirements of IATF and customer audits.
Job Description-
* Identification of training needs of employees
* Ensure trainings delivery, training feedback and training effectiveness evaluation for all trainings. * Record keeping for training documents, MIS etc.
* Motivate participants and ensure good participation in the training programs
* Coordination for Competency matrix, Individual Development Plans, IATF compliances etc
* Assist in the Employee engagement, GPTW-projects, timely compliances and HR Operations
Candidate- BE/ B. Tech in Engineering / PGDM/MBA-HR with 10-15 years of experience in L&D (Auto sector companies preferred ) & Should have - 1. Analytical skill 2. Persuasive Communication 3. Audit handling
