Statutory Compliance

• Direct Tax, GST, FEMA, and EXIM compliance

• Timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

• Coordination with tax consultants for assessments and notices

Audit Management

• Handle Statutory, Limited Review, Tax, Inventory, and Transfer Pricing audits

• Primary point of contact for Big 4 auditors

• Ensure timely audit closure and resolution of observations

Reporting & Controls

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and IND AS
