Role : Strategic Initiatives – New Revenue Streams

Role Overview
The Strategic Initiatives role is responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling unexplored revenue opportunities that can become meaningful growth drivers for the business. This role owns open-ended problem spaces, runs structured experiments, and converts early wins into scalable revenue streams. It is ideal for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and can work cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify white-space opportunities for new revenue streams across products, services, partnerships, or monetization models.
- Design and execute experiments and pilots, including hypothesis definition, success metrics, and go-to-market approach.
- Validate initiatives through customer insights, data analysis, and on-ground testing, and iterate rapidly.
- Partner with product, operations, marketing, finance, and city teams to launch, stabilize, and scale successful initiatives.
- Build a clear path from pilot to scale, covering unit economics, operating model, and execution roadmap.
- Shut down low-potential ideas quickly and double down on high-impact opportunities with discipline.
Experience & Profile
- Experience working on open-ended initiatives or new business launches in large or scaled organizations for around 3 to 5 years.
Strong fit profiles include:
- Experience launching new categories, services, or programs within complex operating environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and bias for action.
What Success Looks Like
- New initiatives are identified, tested, and either scaled or exited with speed and discipline.
- The business builds a repeatable engine for experimentation and launch of future revenue initiatives.
