Overview
Permanent Full Time. The Manager Strategic Initiatives, Digital Experience plays a key role ensuring Canada Life’s digital capabilities meet the needs of advisors, customers, and employees. Reporting to a Director, Product Owner, this role will act as a connector and enabler across teams to help maximize the value of Canada Life's digital experiences. This role is primarily responsible for aligning our portfolio of agile digital initiatives with business objectives and customer outcomes, from ideation and design through delivery, managing change and benefits realization.
