The Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Operations is responsible for managing and maintaining the Business testing environment. Contributing firsthand to the delivery of the Global AML Transformation program & ECM 25 “Oracle Upgrade” project and day to day support activities. Working closely with the Sr Manager Product Management Design & Solutions, the Manager will coordinate across the various stakeholder groups including, Technology, AMA, Business Lines (across the Enterprise), AML Risk, PMO, and others (as required), to support delivery of the testing process including but not limited to testing plans, test Data strategies, and KPI tools that help the socialization of results back to the business on time and within budget for assigned products/platforms and services in scope.
