Job Description
JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a senior, articulate, and highly professional Networking & Relationship Manager to represent Mr. Manish Dabkara, Chairman & Managing Director, in high-level professional, industry, and networking forums. The role involves building and managing strategic relationships on behalf of Mr. Dabkara, attending national and international events, and strengthening his professional visibility and industry engagement. The incumbent will act as a trusted interface between Mr. Dabkara and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Represent Mr. Manish Dabkara at industry forums, conferences, summits, and professional engagements Communicate Mr. Dabkaras vision, initiatives, and industry perspectives with clarity and credibility Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with senior professionals, policymakers, institutions, and industry leaders Identify and evaluate high-impact networking and engagement opportunities aligned with Mr. Dabkaras priorities Coordinate and manage interactions, meetings, and follow-ups on behalf of Mr. Dabkara Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information and engagements Prepare concise reports on events attended, relationships developed, and strategic outcomes Travel across India and internationally, as required Requirements Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory) MBA (preferred) Experience & Skills: 6 - 8 years of experience in banking, relationship management, client engagement, or senior stakeholder-facing roles Proven experience handling high-profile clients or leadership representation Exceptional English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong executive presence and professional etiquette Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with senior stakeholders High level of discretion, maturity, and judgment Willingness to travel extensively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in banking, financial services, or wealth / relationship management Prior experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or senior leadership Exposure to national or international industry events Strong planning, follow-up, and relationship continuity skills Prior experience with reputed global organizations such as American Express (AMEX) or similar multinational institutions will be an added advantage Benefits Direct exposure to senior leadership and high-level decision-making Opportunity to build a strong national and international professional network High-visibility role with participation in premier industry forums and events Accelerated career growth through strategic and leadership-facing engagements
