- Our client is an extended-stay hospitality and accommodation platform focused on building and scaling strategic distribution partnerships across Relocation Management Companies (RMCs), Corporate Travel, Travel Trade, and MICE. The business drives long-term room revenue, extended-stay contracts, and enterprise demand through distribution-led growth rather than rate-based selling.

About the Role
- This role owns and scales high-impact strategic partnerships across RMCs, Corporate Travel, Travel Trade, and MICE, driving sustained room revenue, long-stay contracts, and brand-led enterprise demand. The focus is on creating distribution, not chasing rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with RMCs, TMCs, Corporate Travel Heads, MICE agencies, DMCs, and Tour Operators
- Drive enterprise and long-stay business including relocations, project housing, offsites, trainings, and conferences
- Own end-to-end deal cycles: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and relationship management
- Position the brand as a preferred extended-stay partner across corporate and industry verticals
- Deliver against revenue, room nights, ALOS, and repeat business targets
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations for scalable growth
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality partnerships, corporate travel, or MICE
- Strong commercial negotiation and boardroom-level communication skills
- Ability to sell solutions and concepts, not just rooms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and market-building roles
