Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and regional initiatives (e.g. client tiering and trade finance sandbox strategy implementation, transformation of regional operating business model and team structure, standardization of common business practices and processes across markets).
- Translate strategic roadmaps into executable projects with clearly defined objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Act as central point of coordination between CIBC and key stakeholders including various CIBC Country Heads, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance.
- Establish and manage detailed project plans, charters, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Regularly report project status to senior management and project sponsors, highlighting achievements and gaps.
