Manager, Student Management System

The Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) is a dedicated team committed to delivering comprehensive support across the entire student life cycle from admission and matriculation to graduation and beyond the classroom. SASD works collaboratively with schools, colleges, and autonomous institutes to ensure a seamless and enriching academic journey for all students.

The Student Management Systems (SMS) team manages the IT platforms that enable this journey, supporting areas such as enrolment, academic core services, co-curricular activities, global mobility programmes, internships, and alumni engagement. The team is leading the rollout of NTU's Next-Generation Student Management System, a modernised platform designed to enhance the student experience and respond to evolving academic and administrative needs.
