Job Summary

  • The role will be responsible for demand planning for the EM business and will work closely with the sales & marketing, customer service and logistics teams towards ensuring impeccable customer service through accurate forecasting and effective inventory management

    • Areas of Responsibility

    Strategic (Frequency: 6 months)

  • Provide long term forecasts for annual budgets and long range planning
  • Support identified CTS improvement initiatives for products across portfolios
  • Perform market analysis leveraging IMS data, customer contracts etc.
  • Revise FG inventory norms and take sign off from business head
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing team and distribution team to capture voice of customer and monitor customer service levels
