Manager - Supply Planning

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
Lead and facilitate Supply and MRP reviews with stakeholders to achieve planning metrics such as DIFOT, Inventory, and Turnover.
Drive the development and implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the organization.
Ensure adherence to agreed production plans and monitor supply fill rates while reporting deviations.
Release production plans to operations and prepare dispatch plans according to demand and production schedules.
Develop replenishment models based on market dynamics and supply constraints for efficient inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure seamless product delivery to the market.
Coordinate with outbound logistics to achieve timely delivery targets and maintain communication channels for effective execution.
