Job Description
The Manager, Talent Attraction Delivery (McHire) will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global recruiting platform for restaurant. This role ensures that recruiting activities are efficient, consistent, and aligned with enterprise-wide talent strategies, while delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
+ Collect, evaluate, and prioritize market-specific recruiting needs to inform global roadmap planning and delivery
+ Define and maintain the overall ATS platform roadmap, ensuring alignment across markets and functions.
+ Monitor, measure, and improve process efficiency, service delivery, and compliance with policies and regulations globally.
