JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations will lead the development and execution of recruitment operations, including policy, process optimization, systems management, reporting, and compliance. This role will support strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and compliance of the Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment analytics, technology platforms, and regulatory compliance (including OFCCP), and will collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize recruitment systems (ATS, CRM, etc.), ensuring data integrity and system performance.
