Job Summary: Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract the right talents within DKSH's Business Units or sub-functions. Lead the employer branding initiatives for the organization to be recognized as top employer of choice

  • Support superior in managing operating budgets and costs for the resourcing function according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research
