In this hands-on, newly created role, the Manager, Talent Acquisition, designs and implements the recruitment strategy to enhance attraction and talent segmentation in alignment with business needs of approximately 20 locations. As a leader, this role manages a team of TAS, with a key mandate for operative and strategic recruitment and employer branding activities to attract potential candidates and create a robust talent pipeline, while ensuring all recruitment activities align with the organization’s values and mission.
