The Opportunity
You will be responsible for supporting the Talent agenda across all EY GDS International locations and will serve as Deputy to the International Talent Leader and Chief of Staff.
You will be the key point of contact for leadership on a range of talent-related matters and will drive and implement the engagement agenda at an international, multi-country scale. You will work closely with local country Talent Leaders and stakeholders to provide change leadership, increase workforce capability and talent management. You will build a deep understanding of business unit direction and Talent-related topics/issues to ensure successful implementation of key projects and processes centrally across regions....
