The Purpose of the Role:

Learning Advisor

• Act as a Learning consultant/advisor to the leaders of an assigned business group

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering

programs/initiatives

• Work with business leaders and your organization to solution skilling efforts for our

associates

• Align with and leverage global programs for greater synergy
