Job Summary:
- The Manager, People Experience & Talent Management is responsible for assisting with the proper implementation of all labor disputes of employees based on acceptable company standards, and employee engagements.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing advice and guidance to management and staff in resolving work-related problems. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with employees throughout the company.
- Ensures employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company’s Code of Discipline.
- Helps HR Team in developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs to enhance organizational culture and communications, performance management systems, succession planning, and employee engagement.
