Job Summary:
The Manager, People Experience & Talent Management is responsible for assisting with the proper implementation of all labor disputes of employees based on acceptable company standards, and employee engagements.

Essential Functions and Tasks:
Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing advice and guidance to management and staff in resolving work-related problems. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with employees throughout the company.
Ensures employees' compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company's Code of Discipline.
Helps HR Team in developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs to enhance organizational culture and communications, performance management systems, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Coordinates with corporate legal counsels in the light of administrative cases and facilitates counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
