Role Purpose:


As a Team Member Talent Management , you will be responsible for executing the organizational strategy for identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent at Suzlon. Reporting to the LeadTalent Management, the primary objective is to build a robust talent ecosystem through structured development journeys, inclusive diversity initiatives, and scalable skill-building programs.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end High Potential (HIPO) journey for Junior Management cohorts. This includes identification, assessment coordination, and tracking personalized development plans (IDPs) and working with GLD teams to drive learning journeys.
