Position Summary:

Technical Business & Data Analyst: (Manager, Technical Business Analysis_People Analytics)

Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications and oversee technical documentation management.

• Advanced Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements

Skill:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field
• Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies
