Responsibilities:


 


May perform one or more of the following:


 


  • Initiate/Kick Off Project. Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations)
  • Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation.
  • Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower.
  • Create & Maintain project management routines.
  • Knowledge of RKS platform is preferable.
  • Performance Management.
  • Conduct regular associate development discussions.
  • Initiate & Identify user technical/ functional training needs and devise/managing user training programs.
  • Track performance of project team members and takes appropriate action.
  • Responsible for project/client communication.
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication (including Technology & other teams for assigned module).
  • Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication.
  • Escalation Management.
  • Interprets very complex business needs and translates them into system requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Domain and is required to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
  • Manage transitions (Ongoing vis-à-vis Implementations vis-à-vis Leveraged Shared Services).


 


Requirement:


  • Typically requires minimum 9 years of work experience.
  • Either Engineering or technical graduates
  • Strong analytical and communication knowledge.
  • Strong Domain/Service Discipline knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, Mainframe, SQL, Linux, Autobot.
  • Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents.
  • Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures.
  • Strong team player.
  • Should be able to Coach & mentor team members.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Understanding of overall HROS Implementation/Ongoing methodology.
  • Good people management skills.
