Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
