Manager, Technical Service

Qualifications

• Degree/ Masters/ PhD in a technical discipline, with strong commercial and business acumen
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical role, preferably within the specialty chemical industry, but not a must. Experience in sales/marketing is strongly desired.

Desired Skills / Knowledge

• Proven track record of designing and articulating technical value propositions for high‑value products for targeted customers/markets and supporting sales in closing deals.
• Demonstrated success in working with the sales team to build, maintain, and grow long‑term key account relationships, particularly with decision makers and key influencers.
• Worked with R&D and Product Marketing in designing and commercializing new products.
