Manager, Technical Solutions

Gogo is looking for a Manager, Technical Solutions , to assist with the development and coordination of company-wide strategies to maximize customer responsiveness, to meet business objectives and achieve maximum results for all sectors.

You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure front-end processes are closely aligned and consistent across the business for identification, pursuit, close and execution for outstanding customer experience.
