Manager, Tenant Projects

Role Impact:

To lead, monitor, and report on overall status and progress of Tenant construction projects and the annual project plan on a regular basis. To provide project management throughout the initiation, planning, design, execution, and post-execution phases of projects. To work closely with other internal departments, outside consultants and contractors to build the cross-functional teams necessary for delivering various aspects of projects. To ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and up to quality standards. To arbitrate, negotiate and advise internally and externally including with government agencies. To assist with the updating or revision of corporate policies as required. To protect Cadillac Fairview's contractual position and ensure finished projects meet contracted and regulatory standards.
