Primary Activities and Responsibilities
Support Dir Terminal Development in managing and coordinating all planning, permitting, designing, estimating, procuring, and construction of TRANSFLO facility assets with internal and external contractors/resources (including, but not limited to: civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and architectural).Manage contractors, vendors and suppliers, and design-build teams. Interface with local municipalities regarding permitting, inspections, and utilities. Provide guidance for design and construction details and issues.Coordinate with internal and/or external legal counsel regarding contracts with engineering consultants and other contractors as necessary.Partner with leader in preparing plans and specifications for new terminals, existing terminal expansion(s), and maintenance/improvement projects (., building renovations, scale, steam boiler, air compressor installations, electrical and lighting impr...
