Position: Manager –TPM/TQM

Summary of Job:

To establish TQM/TPM culture in the plant/site

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams to implement TQM/TPM and ensure its sustenance
• Coach and Mentor the employees for Total Employee participation in the continuous improvement
• Form Quality Circles and lead daily/weekly meetings and Identify KPI's for Quality Circle and link to business goals
• Perform TQM process audits, address gaps and implement necessary actions
• Train and lead the teams for problem solving
• Collaborate with steering committee for TQM/TPM progress
• Improve QMS through internal and external audits
• Ensure that all associated employees work toward the common goals of improving product
