Role Overview
The role sits within the Corporate Rewards function and reports into SAVP for Reward Analytics & Reporting by delivering analytical, operational, and advisory reward support.
The role is not country‑specific and contributes to regional and corporate reward initiatives, while responding to general employee compensation queries and supporting broader HR and business decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Incentives Support
Support the Corporate Rewards team in the administration and governance of short‑term incentive (STI) programs, including bonuses, pay‑for‑performance, and sales commission frameworks.
Assist with the interpretation and application of global reward principles across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Support the Head of Reward for UK, Europe, Ireland and South Africa on any compensation matters requiring support
