1. Scope of the job
Job purpose:
To spearhead and co-ordinate initiatives pertaining to start , implement and sustaining continuous improvement in Manufacturing Operations specially focusing on TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
Key responsibilities:
- To initiate TPM implementation at new units
- To Audit the existing TPM implementation as per Audit protocol
- To provide training on TPM to Managers and create TPM Leaders
- To identify areas for extending and expanding TPM initiative
Budget responsibilities:
As per specified in budget

Structure or context:
TPM is a way of life that we plan our units and other functions to be in the coming future. It is important that the complete TPM program is well understood and the philosophy is fully implemented across all our manufacturing units and the same then be extended to other functions to move towards world class manufacturing and substantially reduce operational cost.. This is prompting the need for a central coordinator to drive all continuous improvement initiatives company wide.
