Manager, Training & Development

General Responsibilities
- Manage all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost effectively and in alignment with organizational values and goals
- Analyze the organizations training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organizations current and future needs
- Conduct analysis and identification of employees needs
- Design, schedule and implement training programs
- Keeps abreast of developments and innovations related to training and education in the industry so the organizations training activities remain relevant
- Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and manages team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
