Job Description
Position Summary:
The Manager Training and Education will be primarily responsible for driving and supporting a broad range of training programs and educational activities, including identification of training opportunities and co-ordination of projects to support medical education of Atrial Fibrillation & Pain management and its products, for internal & external stakeholders (Cardiac Surgeons, Electrophysiologists, Thoracic Surgeons).
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Implement policies, procedures, practices, and strategy for achieving comprehensive Training programs for AtriCure Therapies for both internal employees and external customers.
In the first phase, this role will focus primarily on internal employees training programs to start with – new hire training, refresher trainings, new product launches and other new initiatives launched (E-Quiz, Journal Club etc)
