Manager, Treasury

Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the Manager shall assist with the development and implementation of CARE USA’s vision and strategy for CARE treasury operations worldwide. He / she will possess a strong combination of interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with an effective command of domestic and international Treasury knowledge in areas critical to the organization’s daily operations, including liquidity management (cashflow forecasting, cash concentration and optimization), bank relationship management, foreign exchange trading and risk management. In addition, the candidate will be highly proficient in matters related to financial controls, including best practices pertaining to fraud prevention and detection. The Manager will have a strong background with Treasury innovation and the application of technical solutions to address complex issues in an operating environment encompassing 40 countries.
