Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective utilization and monitoring of sanctioned working capital limits across banks.
- Work on enhancement of limits, new banking structures, and initiatives aimed at reducing overall finance costs.
- Handle end-to-end documentation for working capital sanctions, renewals, and execution of banking agreements.
- Ensure security creation and perfection related to working capital limits, including charge creation and compliance.
- Manage timely issuance of Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC) as per business requirements.
- Vet and review all BG/LC clauses prior to issuance to mitigate financial and legal risks.
- Coordinate closely with internal export/import teams for trade finance and banking-related requirements.
- Ensure banking charges, interest, and commissions are levied strictly as per sanctioned terms.
- Prepare and present MIS reports related to working capital utilization, limits, costs, and banking exposure.
- Liaise with multiple banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth treasury operations and compliance.
Technical Skills
- Strong banking knowledge with specific expertise in working capital management.
- Hands-on experience in trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG).
- Exposure to documentation, sanction terms, and banking covenants.
- Ability to analyze finance costs and propose optimization strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with banks and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Experience & Eligibility
- Candidate must have worked in a multi-banking arrangement .
- Minimum exposure to ₹600 Crore or more of working capital limits is mandatory.
- Prior experience in treasury operations within mid-to-large organizations is preferred.
