The Opportunity

As the Underground Manager, you will lead the onsite restart and ramp-up of the underground mine at the Mount Marion Operation, guiding it to steady‑state production.
This position will commence based out of our Head Office in Osborne Park, transitioning to onsite FIFO based from mid-year 2026 pending project ramp-up schedules.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure statutory compliance, efficient contractor management, operational readiness and the development of a high‑performing onsite technical team.
