Manager up - Cloud & AI SecurityWe are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager/Director to join our Cloud & AI Security team, based in Turin, Rome, or Milan, with a hybrid work model.Our team supports clients in both strategic and operational cybersecurity initiatives, including:

Definition of security strategies and business processes;

Analysis, design, and development of secure cloud and AI architectures;

Research, development, and implementation of both established and emerging security solutions;

Operational management and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

We work across Cloud Security architectures, applications, infrastructures, and AI-based models, with a team composed of both consulting-oriented and technical professionals.Your roleAs a Manager/Senior Manager/Director, you will be part of a team of approximately 60 professionals and will be responsible for:

Contributing to business development and team growth;

Helping shape and evolve the Cloud & AI Security service offering;

Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding the maturity of their security functions;

Leading and coordinating teams on key engagements;

Managing the financial aspects of projects and portfolios.

Winning Requirements

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field;

6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably within Consulting or Cloud/OEM environments, with significant involvement in Cloud Security initiatives;

Solid knowledge of at least one major Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

Familiarity with key security domains such as Cloud Security, AI Security, Zero Trust, Network Security, and DevSecOps;

Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships in complex enterprise contexts;

Excellent communication skills, in both Italian and English;

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities;

Client-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trusted advisory relationships;

Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative teams;

Availability to travel within Italy and internationally.
