Facilities & Utilities Manager. Title: Facilities & Utilities Manager. Function & Business Unit: Supply Chain. Location: Malaysia. Reports to: Associate Director Plant Engineering. Global Level: GL3.

Purpose of the role: The function is two-fold: (a) provide Facilities & Utilities (full plant facilities management & utility management) support to the site, eliminate facilities & utilities-related technical breakdowns, and optimize equipment reliability & useful life. (b) Manage the overall operation of facilities and lead integrated facilities management scope including hard service and soft service.

Responsibilities

• Lead KWS RM COE and own equipment criticality element as part of the facilities and utilities operation.
• Lead Facilities & Utilities team insourcing maintenance strategy with a strong technical development plan.
