Job Description

The key purpose of this role is to bring the M2M proposition and customer experience to life in order to achieve the assigned targets for the segment. The role has to liaise with all relevant functions including but not limited to product marketing, communications, customer operations, sales, regulatory, pricing by executing all necessary activities like market research, data evaluation, sales process adaptation, customer journey design, prototyping, go-to-market support and post-sales reporting in order to achieve the target gross addition, revenue, base, gross margin and customer NPS/BHI KPIs. Responsible for the design of the segment strategy and roadmap, driving mobile market penetration, increase the share of wallet by enabling ICT vertical solutions portfolio and improving the ARPU/ARPA.
