Job Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Volunteer Programs, the Volunteer Programs Manager provides regional technical coordination and oversight for Habitat for Humanity’s volunteer engagement portfolio in Asia Pacific. The role supports national organizations (NOs) in integrating volunteering into programmatic strategies, strengthening and scaling local volunteering modalities, and ensuring that volunteerism is meaningfully integrated into country strategy realization across design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The Manager will drive regional capacity building, learning, knowledge management, and compliance on volunteer-related standards, collaborate with functional teams, lead the adaptation of the Global Village (GV) program, support cross‑border and innovative volunteer engagement models, and ensure alignment with HFHI’s global standards, safeguarding principles, and approaches to volunteering in development.
