Birch Hills Gas Co‑op Ltd., a member‑owned rural natural gas distribution utility established in 1973, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. Position Overview

The Manager is responsible for the leadership, operation, and maintenance of the natural gas distribution system. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, supervising, hiring, and training staff while fostering a culture of integrity, and a positive, team‑oriented work environment
• Preparing and managing annual budgets, project estimates, and long‑term infrastructure plans
