JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets quality of service and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and dining experience for our guests. This person will be expected to coach, mentor, and care for your people. The General Manager is required to efficiently operate grill on a regularly scheduled basis as determined by District Manager to ensure profitability goals are met.
Monthly bonuses are available and are determined by food, labor, and supply cost percentages and the performance of responsibilities listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet or exceed required cost percentages for food, labor and supply to net sales
• Manage all daily paperwork at the unit level including sales reports, shift inventories and all other necessary paperwork to insure the profitability of the unit
