  • Oversee training and development of all Front of House/Back of House Restaurant Leads and Team Members
  • Prioritize key Customer Experience Monitors in order to create and maintain a remarkable guest experience
  • Partner with other leaders to plan ahead to ensure that the store runs with excellence during peak times
  • Meet regularly with Leadership Team for training/personal development and to execute the overall vision of Chick-Fil-A Warrenton
