What You’ll Do

  • Lead and continuously improve enterprise learning programs focused on AI, data literacy, and professional capabilities to support current and future workforce needs.

  • Manage and scale our industry leading reskilling programs that enable employees to transition into in-demand roles and capabilities across the organisation.

  • Design and deliver the establishment of a Learning Academy, creating a consistent and high-quality learning experience and employee benefit

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and business areas to co-design solutions, define benefits, and track success against agreed outcomes

  • Oversee a strategic portfolio of work, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational priorities
