We are currently recruiting for a Manager – Transguard Workforce Solutions tojoin our Workforce Solutions team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: Manager – Transguard Workforce Solutions is responsible to spearhead a team of account managers dedicated to maximizing Workforce Solutions (WFS) client success. Drive growth by identifying and securing outsourcing opportunities. Cultivate strong vendor partnerships and nurture client relationships. Ensure operational excellence for exceptional client service quality and efficiency. Key areas of focus include client management, commercial contract adherence, compliance, and operational excellence.
