Role and Responsibilities
- Meet existing and new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identify their requirements.
- Progress on the identified requirements technically and commercially.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to understand their concerns and address them.
- Send renewal notifications to customers periodically and follow up.
- Work on weekly/monthly targets and ensure adherence to short- and long-term growth goals.
- Be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.
- Comply with MIS reporting.
- Own the opportunities through successful POC until submitting commercial proposals.
