What Youll Do:

• Lead, hire, mentor, and developengineering and SRE teams supporting cybersecurity automation platforms.
• Owndelivery and operational outcomes for security products and services, including reliability, performance, and security.
• Partner withPrincipal Engineers and Architects to translate technical strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Drive adoption ofautomation-first and reliability-first practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and SRE disciplines.
• Establish and governDevOps and SRE practices, including SLOs, incident management, change management, and postmortems.
• Overseesecurity architecture and design reviews, ensuring secure-by-design implementation across platforms.
• GuideAI and ML usage within security automation, including governance, risk awareness, and compliance alignment.
