What Youll Do:

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop securityengineering and operations teams supporting cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Owndelivery and operational outcomes for security products and services, including reliability, performance, and security.
• Partner withPrincipal Engineers and Architects to translate technical strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Drive adoption ofoperational excellence across cyber security tooling to include zero trust, micro-segmentation, WAF and firewalls solutions.
• Establish and governcyber tooling operation and practices, including SLAs, incident management, change management, and postmortems.
• Overseesecurity tooling architecture and design reviews, ensuring secure-by-design implementation across platforms.
