Role Description

· Develop and implement end-to-end B2B institutional sales lifecycle from lead generation to enterprise deal closure · Identify, approach, and onboard schools and educational institutions for IIT Madras programs · Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication and support. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders · Conduct face-to-face meetings with Principals, Vice Principals, Trustees, and Management · Plan and execute school presentations, seminars, demos, and workshops · Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth program execution · Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking · Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.  Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.  Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regula...
