Job Description
To lead the HRA Dept. and manage the full spectrum of HR.
Handling strategic and operational HR, which includes leading the development of a talent acquisition strategy, identifying issues, providing solutions, developing & monitoring effective recruitment metrics & talent management.
Develop and implement metrics to demonstrate the impact of training on improving performance as well as the ability to implement and oversees the evaluation of corporate leadership and management.
Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy.
Formulate and implement HR strategy and transformation, know-how of improvement of end to end HR processes, and related digital transformation.
